I cannot stress enough to NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. We had to deal with versions different people for our booking, in which, one messed up our order during our trip. Costing us an extra $500 which we have emailed about again and again but they are reluctant to help at all. Various screenshots of us proving our emails. They’re an absolute scam of a company, and if you are planning to book an RV, do it directly with the RV Company, NOT MOTORHOME REPUBLIC. It’s an absolute disgrace to the customer service business.

Don't trust at Motorhome Republic/CamperChamp. I have a problem with my trip and I had to cancel my reservation.
They charge me for everything, including all tax and extras that I had payed (one way fee, etc) and I have no support after they charge me. I lose more than 4 thousand dollars!
Is much better you search on their website and make the reservation directly with the RV company. I'm sure you will have better support in case of any problem.

Ce n'est qu'une plateforme qui réoriente vers des loueurs . On vous propose des prix attractifs , mais on vous facture la moindre option
alors qu'en réalité, elles sont intégrées dans le véhicule. Heureusement le prestataire, pour ma part, "indie camper" a su se montrer très compréhensif et commerçant.

We booked 4 days for a 2 RVs. After bringing the RV back, Cruise America lets us know that we had to pay for a 7 day charge and not 4.

We called Motorhome Republic and was made aware that we could only book 7 days and not 4 days. When asking for evidence, we had to go through a long/specific process to find at the bottom of a pdf through a Terms and Conditions link that indeed, we could only book 7 days and not 4.

This information should have been written in bright red before booking. Motorhome republic, that type of behaviour is not acceptable as a business and I expect for you to resolve it.

A fuir.... ils vous proposent des dates qui ne correspond pas a votre voyage. Une fois la réservation est réalisé impossible d'avoir un agent au téléphone.
Leur site vous promet des modification gratuites mais ce n'est pas vrai.
Leur conseil annulé votre avion retour ...
