It was a wonderful experience. I booked a comfort room with a kitchenette for my parents for three nights. The stay exceeded their expectations. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and cozy, the staff was polite and helpful, and the room had everything you needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent quality at a reasonable price. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Siamo stati due giorni in questo residence con pernottamento in una familiare con angolo cottura e soggiorno. Il parcheggio è proprio di fronte alla reception, a pagamento, al costo di 10 euro al giorno ma occorre prendere il biglietto alla sbarra in ingresso e farlo convalidare all'ingresso dove ti fanno pagare, in contanti o con carta, i giorni di parcheggio previsti. Le camere sono pulite, sebbene vi abbiamo trovato una lattina di redbull aperta ed a metà in ingresso, e le posate con del residuo di cibo attaccato. Bagno grande ma con il lavabo che perdeva acqua e dei cestino della spazzatura infinitamente piccoli e senza la raccolta differenziata. Finestre con poca apertura verso l'esterno e poca veduta se non sui lavori edili che stanno effettuando nell'edificio accanto. Buona la comunicazione col personale

My friend and I booked a room for 7 nights at a rate of $134 per night. Upon check-in, we were told that we had to pay an additional €44 for a ‘tourist tax,’ which was never mentioned anywhere and nobody warned us about. There was no water available in the lobby, only a vending machine with the cheapest water at €2 for 500 ml. Whenever we asked the staff for something, they reluctantly answered, rolling their eyes 😄
The room was not cleaned: dust and cobwebs everywhere. The stove had a crack on the cooktop, which caused it to keep shutting off, making cooking unbearable. We thought about doing laundry, but after seeing how dirty and dusty the washing machines were, we changed our mind 😅 Yes, dear staff, washing machines need to be serviced and cleaned regularly.
It takes about 20–30 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket… which would be fine, but carrying bags back that far is difficult. The photos on the website really need updating, because they do not reflect reality.
This level of service and these conditions are absolutely not worth the money. The only positive thing is the bus stop nearby.

Mon conjoint et moi avons passé un très bon moment dans cet Appart Hôtel. Le personnel est à l’écoute et très professionnel. La chambre était propre et relativement pratique. Nous avons très bien dormis dans un lit très agréable et au calme. Il manquerait juste peut être un peu plus d’ustensiles de cuisine, type passoire, plus de couverts…
Sinon très bonne expérience ! Nous recommandons.

La habitación en sí no está mal, pero se nota que ha estado mejor y lo están descuidando. No está mal de precio si vas exclusivamente a dormir e irte por la mañana, pero ahora buscaría otra opción.|La zona tiene muy mal aspecto al llegar, edificio viejo y entrada rara, con algún personaje dando vueltas por el parking. Inseguro no es pero agradable tampoco. El hotel decepcionante, nada confortable, desangelado, con olor a humedad en los pasillos. La habitación no está mal de tamaño y tiene el extra de la zona de cocina, pero la limpieza es regular, todo sin llegar a estar sucio no te da el aspecto de fresco y limpio que tiene que dar un hotel. Además necesita ya el cambio de algún mueble y una mano de pintura urgente, muchos restregones y manchas que dan un aspecto horrible. No volvería.
