We were looking for a house to stay for a limited time and Colin and all the other Dutchify staff were very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. It is always difficult to find a proper place meeting all your requirements in the Netherlands and time limitation and distance from the real site make it even harder but the company worked really hard for us. They were also very attentive when we called them. Thanks to everyone in Dutchify.

If you have plenty of times, from my experiences at least 3 months, they may find something for you. If you have criteria should met for house, I am not sure you could get it. At the beginning, I wanted to move out with my cat in a bedroom apartment. First I gave up from my cat, then my other criteria. If you are going to say yes almost every option then they can find something quickly. I have worked with the agency, after 2 months they couldn’t find me something. At the end of the day I managed to find something from my network. As summary, I paid them because I had some criteria and thought would be better with proffesionals. However, they couldn’t and I have lost money.

They helped us in countless ways, including finding a great house in a tight market, finding a doctor, securing insurance, setting up utilities (through a partner), understanding cultural nuances, and many more. Everything went well and we were looking forward to working with this company but we never heard back even though we were ready to pay and move forward. Felt sketchy and I would not recommend.
Edit: it seems like you guys pick and choose who you will help. We were offered a discount and we wanted to move forward but your employee Colin completely blindsided us and left us in the dark. It is so incredibly frustrating and unprofessional especially during the holiday time. If there were any issues it was never communicated to us in any way. It seems like this is how you guys run your business. No one has reached out to us to make the situation right in any way. So it seems like you’re lying about caring. I hope other people read my review and think twice about working with Dutchify. Flaky employees who can not be trusted with your thousands of dollars. Look elsewhere

For an Expat, searching for a house for rent in Netherlands in 2024 is "Challenging" to say the least, especially if you still didn't migrate there and you're without a BSN.
In my case, I only had 2 months to find a home before my moving in the country for my new job, and Dutchify managed to find a great accommodation for myself and my family in a such a very short time.
Their service of going to visit the houses in your place and preparing all the necessary documentation at the speed of light in order to give you priority, were key factors in achieving this feat. All managed by their easy-to-use online interface, and constantly followed by their amazing team.
Yes, this service is by no means cheap, but it's totally worth it, and without it, it would've been next-to-impossible to find what I needed.

The owner Bewar Kasim is a scammer, be careful! Before this business he was the owner of an online modelshop called Specialdiecast. They scammed people for thousands of Euros, with preorders which never arrived. In the shop they sold plane models etc. Many people all around Europe preordered models in 2023, which were supposed to arrive in early 2024. But suddenly the shop was closed and all contact was ignored, the products never arrived and the money was gone

We would like to thank Dutchify for help with our relocation to the Netherlands. They are super helpful and trustworthy.
I had a lot of questions regarding our relocation and housing hunt and I was able to get prompt response to each of my questions either from Colin, Reann or Cherrel.
Our main agent was Colin and I could never dream of a better person to assist our relocation. We managed to close the process of finding the apartment and getting the offer as new tenants within 5 working days! Colin took care of helping us gather all the documents beforehand, arrange the apartment viewings and send the offer.
Basically on Monday we got to review potential apartments, Wednesday was for viewings and on Friday we became new tenants.
And it all happened fully-remote since we are expats from Poland.

We are beyond thankful. The whole process was stress-free and enjoyable.
