We had a magic 3-day 120 km cycling trip through olive groves, past hilltop castles, pausing at cafes in Andalusian villages in a route along a former railway line (i.e. easy gradients). This is a little known part of Spain, far from the tourist hotspots of the Spanish coast or the marvels of the cities of Granada, Cordoba or Seville. In February we biked past almond trees in blossom, saw swallowtail butterflies, rabbits and many birds, and of course millions of olive trees. Cycling Spain was wonderfully helpful setting up the trip and the Centro Ciclista Subbetica were brilliant: picking us up, transporting luggage, guiding us around. Highly recommended by a couple in our 60s!

I booked a mountainbike trip with cycling spain and I loved it! The guide Tico took me to some wonderful trails in a beautiful nature reserve and there were also some nice enduro bits. I will definitely book another trip here if I am in Girona again. I could have never found these trails myself.

This is the second time we have used Cycling Spain and it has been the best experience. Thijs organized two coaches/guides and a driver to take our 3 boys on 3 wonderful days of guided adventures. We have taken many mountain biking trips with our kids and they loved this one the most. We will be back, and would recommend your guiding services to anyone looking to ride all the great trails around Girona and Costa Brava.

Just completed the three day Via verde de Aciete. Organised by Cycling Spain. What a wonderful experience we had riding through beautiful ancient Olive Groves, over centuries old bridges and through tunnels. Stayed in authentic Andalucien ancient towns in good accommodation with very friendly and helpful people. If you are after a well organised, authentic cycling trip through Southern Spain then this is the trip for you. Muchas Gracias.
