Amsterdam, een heerlijke stad om te zijn!
Lekker slenteren door de stad, genieten van de winkeltjes, mensen uit heel de wereld, de geschiedenis van deze stad, de fossielen in de stoepranden, de eterijen, de Amsterdamse humor en alles wat Amsterdam tot Amsterdam maakt!
Ik hou van die stad, en na een weekend ga ik ook weer blij terug naar de stille Achterhoek!

COMPLETE DISASTER! Booked the 48 hour bus + boat package after having great experiences with the same company in London and Edinburgh. Spent 30 minutes looking for the stop after going to the location marked on the map on their website and app (Central East) and discovering that it is completely different from the actual location (8 min walk from the station). We got on the bus and after 30 minutes we're informed that the bus has broken down and another one will arrive in 15 minutes which we will take. The next bus arrived after 20 minutes and after boarding we found out that we had to wait 30 more minutes, which was not communicated at all! So a total of 1 hour 20 minutes just waiting to start, plus 30 minutes looking for the stop! If we had been informed about the delay we would have come back later but we were kept waiting with no information. The driver was non-communicative and we soon found ourselves waiting at the diamond factory 30 more minutes without knowing why we were waiting and only found out later that we could have toured the factory instead of waiting on the bus. We later picked up 10 elderly passengers who had been waiting in the street for over an hour! Communication with passengers is very bad and the tour was very underwhelming. The boat trip was not bad though!

Great weather in March. Lovely people and delicious food. Our trip was amazing. Visited Gouda and Utrecht for a couple of days. Wind mills, cheese markets, chocolate stores , historical towns and buildings. Enjoyed everything. Such a great country and history to visit and know more.

Purtroppo non posso dare zero stella. Conosco il servizio da altre città ma purtroppo qui è stato deludente. Il giro é superficiale e all'esterno del vero interesse turistico. L'audio non funzionava nei tre bus e in varie postazioni e quando funzionava la qualità dell'audio era scarsa con contenuto mediocri e superficiale. Nel museo del diamante si ferma 15 minuti inutilmente e poi tra un bus e l'atro occorre aspettare anche più di 30 minuti. Cioè non si vede nulla di interessante e in più si perde tempo e si paga troppo. Si può fare tutto comodamente e più velocemente a € 9,50 di abbonamento giornaliero con i mezzi pubblici.

Enjoyed our short break in Amsterdam.
Especially the fish restaurant centrally located was great and the boat trips are amazing.
The city is nice and clean with plenty of food options and cafe’s.

I felt very safe during the day & night.

The canal boat cruise arrived 15mins late coz batteries were not charged! So we had to settle for the more noisy motor driven boat.
Bus city seeing was good. Clean buses & punctual.
Day trip to Rotterdam, Delft and the Hague was superbly executed. Catherine our guide was exceptionally warm and efficient! William was a super good driver and a polite human being. Both always served guests with a smile. Very punctual. We thoroughly enjoyed the day. Very well done here guys!!

We were booked for today's tour to Windmill, Edam, Cheese making etc. 12noon departure from platform L Amsterdam Central. We are a senior couple from India.

All looked good. Double decker bus. Bus nom 195. Asterix & Nikisha as the guides. Driver was super.

We chose to sit on the upper deck. We wanted to sit in the very first row for good views. However we were told by Nikisha not to sit in the very first row as that is for the guide. Even another Arab couple were dissuaded from occupying those front seats. So we dint think anything was of concern. We sat in the second row.

But to our utter horror and disappointment, Ms. Nikisha allowed another white couple, who boarded much later, to occupy those same first row seats! Why

Hello! What was that? I protested with her saying it was totally unfair, but she had NO satisfactory answer for her behaviour. She just smiled sheepishly.

Herewith I'm lodging a strong protest against Ms. Nikisha of your company of being unfair, racist, discriminatory and totally unprofessional!

My wife and I were extremely traumatised and hurt by her pedestrian behaviour. It was very insulting to say the least!

We definitely want an apology from your company for her disgusting behaviour and also wish that she gets laid off from her job for such utterly pathetic display of racism, discrimination and unfairness towards international tourists.

Other than this deep insult, the trip was good.

We took a fat tire e-bike tour with CitySightSeeing Amsterdam. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with on the tour. The guide was great, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable on the bikes, which were very well maintained and easy to handle. The only thing we would have liked was a bit more time to stop and admire a few more of the views. But we certainly realize that it wasn’t quite that type of tour. We really liked getting a great overview of the city while zipping around on bikes!
